The atmosphere is reminiscent of traditional Japanese cuisine, with a counter and tatami seating that creates a calming environment. The grilled eel and egg dish contains burdock, onion, mitsuba, and eggplant, and the aroma of the dashi is delightful and very delicious. When you pour the broth over the rice halfway through, the flavors seep in well, bringing happiness. The tempura in the tempura rice bowl is abundant with shrimp, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, and white fish, and the sweetness of the sauce is moderate, making it a perfect match with the rice. The teriyaki yellowtail has thick fillets, is cooked perfectly, and you can really taste the richness of the fat. The pickles, small side dishes, and miso soup are all made with care, and even the dessert of watermelon gives a sense of homely warmth.
