A dish that features juicy and sweet fresh white peaches, generously drizzled with a creamy texture made from slowly brewed Earl Grey tea leaves, served over fluffy ice. The base is soaked with a rich peach puree and homemade condensed milk, providing a sweet and melting satisfaction.
We use carefully selected hojicha sourced from Mino Kamo Tea Shop in Gifu Prefecture. It has a roasted aroma with a gentle sweetness and rich umami unique to first flush tea. The elegant aftertaste that spreads throughout your mouth pairs perfectly with the shaved ice. Please enjoy the rich aroma and flavor that lasts until the last bite.
Because it is simple, the deliciousness of each ingredient stands out. We use gentle sweetness from cane sugar and finish it carefully without adding unnecessary ingredients. It is simmered for over an hour, bringing out a rich depth and smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture. While valuing the original flavors of the ingredients, it is crafted to have a gentle taste that does not become boring.
