The interior seems to have just been renovated, making it bright and comfortable. As soon as I sat down, small bowls and salad were served, which made me feel a bit special. The chicken sauté was generously accompanied by potato salad and cabbage, creating a volume that made me smile. The tanmen had the flavors of stir-fried pork and vegetables infused into the soup, and the yellow curly noodles slid down smoothly. The gyoza skin was crispy and fragrant, pairing perfectly with beer. The warm atmosphere typical of a downtown area and the kindness of the staff made the meal time fly by.
