The interior is clean, and it's pleasant to see greenery through the large windows. Barley tea and a wet towel are served right away, which is comforting. The soba noodles are slightly flat and short, but they have a strong aroma that pairs well with the dipping sauce. The chilled tanuki soba is topped with vegetables, shredded nori, kamaboko, and tenkasu, with the refreshing myoga providing a nice accent. The tempura includes pumpkin, shiso leaves, eggplant, shishito peppers, myoga, and green peppers, and the batter is crispy, making it enjoyable to eat. The homemade yogurt is smooth with a gentle sweetness, and the atmosphere of the Japanese-style dishware was also nice.
