I went to Koran in Tochigi City, which I found on Instagram. This restaurant is said to be popular for its Chinese porridge and Mont Blanc. I made a reservation in advance through the online booking system (with a fee of 150 yen). I arrived early and parked easily (5 spaces in front of the restaurant). The restaurant opens at 11 AM, and I was the first customer. I was shown to a table for six. Later, five groups of two entered. There were still several empty tables available. Orders were taken through a QR code scanning system, and payment was also made through this system. I ordered the mixed Chinese porridge for 950 yen and the freshly squeezed Mont Blanc for 550 yen, and the porridge was ready in about 10 minutes. It was hot and contained beef, shrimp, and scallops, making it a gentle and easy-to-eat porridge with a flavorful broth. The Mont Blanc was finely made. Payment was completed through the QR code system. It was a gentle lunch for the stomach.

C'était calme et j'ai pu profiter d'un déjeuner tranquille. Assiette de hors-d'œuvre, soupe froide de maïs, pain rustique, et le plat principal de pâtes. J'avais des pâtes de saison avec des pommes de terre au pesto et des haricots verts. C'était délicieux, mais visuellement, c'était tout vert, donc on pouvait ajouter un peu de sel, et ce serait bien d'avoir des salamis rouges ou quelque chose de ce genre. Ça donnait un peu l'impression d'un ver de terre vert. De plus, par rapport au bol de soupe, si on avait eu une explication sur cette cuillère, cela aurait rendu les couverts plus clairs. J'ai fait une erreur. J'ai utilisé une cuillère trop grande pour le bol, ce qui a rendu la dégustation difficile. Pour le dessert, j'ai choisi un tiramisu. C'était délicieux, avec un goût authentique de mascarpone qui m'a plu. La prochaine fois, je voudrais y retourner avec des amis et des connaissances.
