RITARU COFFEE

The signature dessert, RITARU ROLL, features a crepe wrapped around fresh cream, infused with a subtle cocoa aroma, characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth texture and gentle sweetness, which pairs exceptionally well with deep-roasted house-blend coffee. Additionally, quiches made with Hokkaido ingredients and smoked coffee using beans smoked with Hokkaido hardwood are also popular, each showcasing the unique personality of the shop.

The store interior, filled with the warmth of wood and a calming atmosphere, features a first floor for coffee bean sales and a takeout space, while the second floor serves as a café area. It is designed with spacious seating arrangements and is equipped with power outlets and Wi-Fi, allowing for a comfortable experience whether alone or in a group. Natural light streams in through large windows, creating a quiet and peaceful environment.

RITARU COFFEE was founded in 2010 in Sapporo Maruyama, and the store name embodies the philosophies of 'altruism' and 'knowing contentment.' The representative, Mr. Etsushi Mikami, was captivated by the atmosphere of coffee shops and, after training for about 10 years at a specialty coffee shop, became independent and opened this store. For roasting, a semi-hot air roasting machine that combines the advantages of direct fire and hot air is used, maximizing the original flavor of the beans.
