Club de Sake Katsura

We take pride in our dishes that pair perfectly with sake, showcasing meticulous cooking. We carefully select ingredients and offer fresh and luxurious sashimi, as well as richly flavored grilled fish, prepared using seasonal cooking methods. In particular, the aged tuna sashimi is exquisite when enjoyed with wasabi soy sauce. Additionally, we have a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed as accompaniments to sake, such as salads marinated in Kyushu's tamari soy sauce.
