In a cozy space centered around the counter, there is a relaxing atmosphere. When you express your preferences, they prepare the perfect dish using that day's ingredients. The simmered dishes made with fresh vegetables grown in the fields have a gentle flavor that warms the heart. The soup with myoga and the lightly pickled vegetables, along with the mild sansho pepper seasoning, are all carefully prepared and go well with white rice. The simmered sardines and the sashimi served in small portions, as well as the fragrant kasu soup, were also very delicious. Interacting with the cheerful owner is enjoyable, and it's easy to understand why it can get fully booked.
