This is a pairing course to enjoy the harmony of food and wine together with Italian cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Each month, we will prepare a wine based on the theme of a particular region of the country, and the course will consist of dishes that complement the character and flavors of that region. We hope you will enjoy the combination of food and wine that expands with the wine as the core. Please spend a relaxing time in the small space of 8 seats at the counter. The menu is subject to change depending on availability.
