This is a specialty chicken shop I found while strolling. The highlight is the whole young chicken roasted slowly with a dedicated machine, which is visually appetizing. When you eat it, the saltiness is just right, and you can really taste the natural flavor of the chicken. The meat is tender, the skin is crispy, and there is a faint aroma of spices. It's easy to share with everyone at home and makes a great souvenir. Finally, when you make soup with the bones, you can enjoy it until the end, which is satisfying.
