With a calm atmosphere like a town diner, you can relax and enjoy. The thick cuts of upper belly and upper flank are very delicious, providing satisfaction with every bite. The upper tongue, when eaten with sauce, enhances the flavor of the fat, bringing a smile to your face. The liver, simply seared on the surface, highlights its sweetness and is free of any unpleasant taste, which is delightful. The assorted kimchi, bibimbap, and cold noodles are all delicious, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. While the variety is limited, there are also grilled seafood options, allowing you to savor traditional yakiniku thoroughly.

4.2

The thick cuts of meat are all very satisfying. The fat melts nicely whether it's rare or well-done, and it pairs well with the soy sauce-based sauce and condiments. The style is traditional barbecue, and while there aren't too many varieties, there are seafood and side dishes that keep it interesting. The bibimbap, cold noodles, and kimchi are also flavorful, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. When the liver is lightly seared on the surface, its sweetness is enhanced, bringing a very happy feeling. The atmosphere is calm, like a neighborhood diner, and even a casual visit leaves you feeling fulfilled.
