A specialty restaurant where you can savor exquisite Saikyo-yaki

Uokishokudo is a rare specialty restaurant in Tokyo that focuses on Saikyo-zuke. In a cozy atmosphere with only counter seating, you can enjoy a variety of Saikyo-yaki, including silver cod and flatfish. The delicious grilled fish is the reason customers return time and again. Each dish, infused with the passion of the young owner, is unforgettable once tasted.

This is a calming restaurant centered around a counter, just a short walk from the station. The fish, which is carefully grilled after you place your order, is fragrant and brings a smile to your face. The saikyo-marinated flatfish and flounder, as well as the salmon belly, are cooked to perfection and very delicious. When you order a platter, you can enjoy the different flavors all at once, making it an exciting experience. The glossy rice is sweet and pairs perfectly with the grilled fish. The miso soup, small side dishes, and pickles are all made with care, and it's convenient that takeout is also available.
