For the small hot pot, you may choose between the refreshing “Chilled Pike Conger and Summer Vegetable Hot Pot” or the richly flavorful “Pike Conger Sukiyaki Hot Pot.” In addition to four seasonal side dishes—including sashimi of Japanese cedar and squid, uzaku (vinegared cucumber salad), and tenderly simmered baby eggplant and octopus—this summer-exclusive set menu also features tempura of whiting and black maitake mushrooms, as well as chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
