There are many dishes that make use of local ingredients, and I am excited to taste the Agu pork. The ramen and Okinawa soba have homemade noodles that are firm and chewy, and the umami of the seafood broth is distinctly felt. There is a wide variety of sake and awamori, and I am pleased to see the effort put into making the beer enjoyable as well. The chicken dish that is enjoyed dipped in broth is impressive, showcasing a playful approach to flavor. The interior has a tropical open feel and a fun street food vibe, making it a comfortable place to be. I hear it has a long history and roots in Gunma, which makes me understand their commitment to quality in their drinks.
