Sushi Tokiwa is a long-established sushi restaurant established over 65 years ago in Shinobata City in northern Niigata Prefecture, a city rich in rice and other ingredients. At the counter made of 300-year-old Japanese cypress, you can enjoy nigiri made by the second and third generations of the restaurant, which is run by a father-son duo.
