位於新潟縣北部新發田市的老字號壽司店「壽司登喜和」，已經經營超過65年，提供豐富的食材，包括米飯。在使用了樹齡300年的檜木製成的吧台上，可以品嚐到由第二代和第三代父子搭檔製作的握壽司。

午餐只有 12 手握壽司的 omakase。白肉魚是獨一無二的。牡丹蝦和 Nodoguro 也被設計出來，給人留下深刻的印象。淋上河豚精，味道令人無法抗拒。沙裡也很穩固。我第一次吃海素面（海藻），但是很好吃。驚人的。進步海素面緊握 Mahata Sado（昆布收緊） Hatahata（醋醃）佐渡方頭魚（海帶收緊）大鰭礁烏賊佐渡河豚 Milt Karasumi Sado 醃佐渡中虎郎 Negitoro冰糕手捲黑竹莢魚新潟煮牡丹蝦佐渡野戶黑佐渡鰻魚稻荷壽司添加海膽利尻清蒸鮑魚佐渡

Sushi Tokiwa是新潟著名的餐廳之一。使用新潟當地食材製作的壽司在 CP 縣排名第一。我認為就價格和質量而言，其他縣沒有這樣的東西。這一天，我們吃了一頭鯨魚當點心，還有一隻雄性螳螂蝦，很少見。就個人而言，我最喜歡這裡的黑湯。
