The shop located in the basement floor has a bright interior where the kitchen is visible, making it a pleasant atmosphere. You can see the cooking process from the counter, and the waiting time for your food is enjoyable. The recommended negi liver dish combines fresh liver with fragrant sesame oil and plenty of green onions, providing great satisfaction. The skewers are served freshly grilled in order, and the tsukune with a raw egg yolk adds richness, making it the best. The offal stew has a light miso flavor, and due to careful preparation, it is tender and free of any unpleasant smell. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and it is conveniently located near the nearest station.
