A Hidden Gem Yakiniku Restaurant Famous for Thick Harami and Divine Draft Beer

Established for 50 years, this long-standing yakiniku restaurant is beloved by locals. The interior, while old, is kept clean and offers a calm atmosphere with minimal smoke. Guests can grill high-quality, odor-free meat, primarily harami, at their own pace, and enjoy it alongside homemade kimchi and the local specialty, dojo udon. The creamy draft beer is also highly praised, enhancing the flavor of the meat.

The quietly located yakiniku restaurant in the residential area has a nostalgic atmosphere that calms you as soon as you open the door. The first draft beer I ordered was ice-cold with a clear taste, and I was impressed by the creamy foam. When I slowly placed the thickly sliced harami and tongue on the roaster, the aroma rose, and I was excited by the steak-like volume. The style of sprinkling salt and pepper myself and squeezing lemon adds a playful touch, allowing me to enjoy it to my preferred degree. The restaurant's pride, handmade kimchi, has a hint of Japanese flavor, and it pairs perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce-coated meat. While leisurely grilling around the roaster in the clean interior where the smoke is hardly noticeable, I lost track of time.
