Sitting at the counter, the owner and the hostess greet you with smiles, making it a comfortable place. The first dish, blanched greens, is crisp and has a refreshing umami flavor. Next, the tempura of fried sweet shrimp, young sweetfish, and sea urchin wrapped in shiso has a light batter, allowing the aroma of the ingredients to shine through. Each dish is served piping hot, bringing happiness with every bite. The soba noodles served at the end are smooth and slippery, pairing perfectly with the fragrant, rich dipping sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed delicious tempura and soba while having pleasant conversations in a warm atmosphere, and I was very satisfied.
