Minamimorimachi's "Dal . Donnaiolo" is a restaurant with a view of a blue-tiled pizza oven; the six kinds of vegetables are bright, and the spicy eggplant and broccoli are delicious. The pizza is a margherita, with a well-balanced salty flavor from the spreadable cheese, and the dough is fragrant and deliciously browned. The pizza oven is sometimes slow to bake because it is not quite up to temperature, so we recommend coming after midnight rather than right after the restaurant opens.
