You can relax in a comfortable interior that makes use of an old traditional house. The freshness of the ingredients is outstanding; the octopus is firm, and the sea urchin has a clear umami flavor. The fatty tuna melts in your mouth, and the seared red snapper and sweet shrimp leave a lasting impression. The combination of local fish sushi and warm soba is also very satisfying. Sometimes they grate fresh wasabi right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy its pleasant aroma and comfortable spiciness. You can also enjoy delicious salads, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), tempura, soba, and even dessert and coffee after your meal.

You can relax in the calm atmosphere of the renovated traditional house. The ingredients selected for the day are displayed, and each one is fresh and delicious. The rice is slightly warm with a mild acidity, which pairs well with the toppings. I was particularly impressed by the tuna, horse mackerel, and shellfish nigiri. You can also enjoy salads, miso soup, and desserts, which adds to the sense of satisfaction. There may be a bit of a wait for the food to be served, but the tranquil atmosphere allows you to unwind.
