When I entered the shop, there was a relaxed atmosphere, and I first ordered a beer while waiting for the freshly fried skewers. The batter was crispy and light, and the ingredients inside were fluffy and juicy, making me smile from the very first skewer. The homemade blended sauce was thick, and I was pleased that just dipping the tip of the skewer into it gave a strong flavor. I could enjoy the vegetable skewers with various salts, which really brought out the sweetness of the onions and shishito peppers. The complimentary black beans and simmered baby sardines served in between were kind and made me feel warm and cozy. Additionally, the daikon and beef tendon in the oden were well-infused with flavor, and eating them between the fried items warmed both my body and heart, leaving me very satisfied.
