A home-cooked dish that has been eaten in the Bordeaux region for a long time. This is our proud dish, slowly cooked and roasted in goose fat at 85°C. *We apologize, but due to the current bird flu import restrictions, we are unable to procure duck leg meat, making it difficult to prepare duck confit.
