The atmosphere blends into the scenery, making the air feel calm. The soba has a rich aroma and a firm texture, even though it is thin. It is so delicious that you want to eat it as is, and the flavor remains vibrant even when dipped in the sauce. The sauce does not overpower, gently supporting the deliciousness of the soba. The tempura is light and well-prepared, leaving a lasting impression with ingredients like wild vegetables, maitake mushrooms, and iwana (a type of trout). In particular, the warm dipping sauce with maitake mushrooms has an irresistible sautéed aroma, and the iwana tempura has a fluffy flesh with a crispy backbone, making it a perfect match.
