A small oden shop with delicate flavors
Featured on radio and Instagram, "Dashi-do Sato" is a cozy little oden shop where you are welcomed by the pleasant smile of the owner. The interior is compact, yet you can enjoy a rich menu, with each dish, including the oden, showcasing high levels of deliciousness. Fresh sashimi and exquisite dashi dishes pair perfectly with sake. Notably, the chawanmushi and beef tendon with daikon are exceptional dishes that allow you to savor the depth of the dashi.
