A ramen izakaya where you can savor the charm and flavors of Hakata

Ichibantaka Ramen Izakaya is a long-established restaurant that has been in operation since 1979, conveniently located near the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station. The interior features a counter and tatami seating, creating a homely and relaxing atmosphere. The tonkotsu ramen and melt-in-your-mouth chashu are exceptional and highly recommended. With a wide selection of local sake and shochu, it's a place where you can always leave satisfied after each visit.

There are counter seats and sunken kotatsu seats, allowing for a lively atmosphere where you can have a good time. This place can also be used as a drinking spot, making you want to linger and relax. The sashimi is fresh and has no unpleasant smell, and the assorted platter is satisfying. The simmered chicken wings are tender and fall apart easily, with a light and gentle flavor. The finishing tonkotsu ramen has a broth that is not overly cloudy, and while it is light, the umami is distinctly felt. It is easy to eat even for beginners, and with the option for extra noodles, you can enjoy it until the very end.
