A casual space to enjoy the atmosphere of Hakata yatai

Sorachi Shoten is a restaurant with a yatai-like atmosphere where you can enjoy the rare Sorachi beer, even in the Tokai region. When you visit, you can savor Hakata specialties such as yakisoba and motsu-nikomi alongside Chinese cuisine. The retro interior makes it easy to drop by even if you're alone, and the friendly and polite service is a standout feature.

It's a small counter-style shop with a pleasant street vendor-like atmosphere. You can enjoy various dishes such as Hakata-style skewers, offal stew, and grilled ramen. The skewers of green onion and pork belly have tender meat, and you can really taste the sweetness of the fat. The offal stew is well-seasoned, and the texture of the konjac adds a nice accent. The fried mackerel has a crispy coating and fluffy flesh, which pairs well with tartar sauce. You can also enjoy craft beer from Hokkaido, and it becomes even more satisfying when paired with the food.
