A Specialty Oden Shop to Enjoy Nostalgic Flavors

Sakuraya is a warm and inviting establishment that carries on the traditional taste of oden. The oden, simmered in a fragrant black broth, is infused with rich umami, and each bite brings back fond memories of the past. Alongside a diverse menu, guests can also enjoy a special curry made with Amakusa Daiou chicken. This is a place where you can spend heartwarming moments that make you want to visit on a cold day.

The black broth oden is simmered slowly, and the flavors seep into the ingredients, making it the best. Once I chose thick fried tofu, eggs, and skewered offal, I couldn't stop eating rice. The comforting soy sauce-based dashi soup is very hot and warms the body. The curry made with Amakusa Daiou is rich and flavorful, with a smooth and easy-to-eat sauce. The katsu curry topped with crispy fried cutlet also pairs well with the sauce, providing a sense of satisfaction. Upon entering the restaurant, I could see a large oden pot from the counter, and I enjoyed my meal with excitement.
