I went there on Saturday around 6:00pm and there was a line. I was ordering to-go, so I was able to order without waiting in line. It took about 20 minutes to finish the order, pay the bill and have it ready. Negi-yaki Pork 1000 yen (Toppings: shrimp 420 yen, squid 210 yen) It is flavored with soy sauce, so there is no sauce, but the taste is very good. A long piece of pork belly is included, and the meat part is usually a little difficult to cut with chopsticks, but the pork at this restaurant is grilled to a crisp and can be easily cut with chopsticks! The meat is also very savory and delicious! Yakisoba 690 yen This is also soy sauce flavored. The taste was average... and there were few ingredients... It was something of a disappointment. What made me happy was that the to-go container was very solid! The bag had a gusset and the items inside never tipped. The Negi-yaki comes on a white plastic tray, and when you are ready to eat it, you can take it out of the box and microwave the whole tray! The yakisoba comes in a paper box, which is also microwave-safe, so you can cook it as is! I really appreciate that the to-go containers are microwave-safe. Various cashless payment methods are also available. I think the cost performance is not so good.... As expected, 1,000 yen for Negi-yaki pork is too expensive... I think it should be at least 850 yen or less for pork... I was disappointed only in the cost performance...

I didn't know Yamamoto's was also in Umeda! Wandering around Umeda on my day off - I was hungry, so I looked at my watch to see if I could find something to eat... 3pm! I wondered if there was any place that was open all day. As we walked past Yamamoto's, my partner said he had never had Negi-yaki! I've lived in Yodogawa Ward for years, and you don't have any? Let's have some then! Location is in the EAST area of EST Next to Mita Noodle Factory! The restaurant is mainly a counter restaurant with 16 seats at the counter and 2 tables of 4 people each. The main store is also mainly a counter shop, so I wonder if all the shops are unified in this style. They knew that we would be sharing the dish, so they split it 50-50 from the beginning! The negi yaki is soaked in a soy sauce based sauce and has a nice aroma! It is light, so you can enjoy it with a crunch! The green onions are steamed and sweetened, making it a must for green onion lovers! The deluxe includes squid, pork, beef, and many other ingredients! I'm glad my partner enjoyed his first Negi-yaki... My partner, who is from Hiroshima, is very picky when it comes to powdered food... But... the price is expensive... but maybe that's because it's in Umeda... I'd be happy if it were a little easier to eat. Thanks for the food!
