Sushi Kin, Mitaka, Japan ✳︎ Semi-shrimp ✳︎Matsukawagarei ✳︎ Raw oysters ✳︎New yellowfin bream ✳︎ Raw chicken clams ✳︎ flat clams ✳︎Haruko snapper ✳︎Kanpyo ✳︎ extra prawns ★Bottle of Shochu The semi-ebie of the past day! The taste which can be said that it is thicker than lobster. Full of miso. Sushi Kin is the source of my energy 😊. The bottle of Flamingo Orange by Kokubu Shuzo is a bottle keeper. It's so refreshing and aromatic, it's hard to believe it's potato shochu. I love it so much. It was Saturday after work, but I went home quietly. I'll drink it at home.

Sushi Kin Past pic ✳︎ Toro ✳︎Menuke ✳︎Kinmedai ✳︎Okoze ✳︎Tsubu shellfish ✳︎ button prawn Put a little wasabi on the toro and dip it in a little bit of soy sauce. Yum! Delicious! Tororo Tororo (n´vn) The menuke and okoze are also delicious. I look forward to the various purchases every time I visit. Okoze is a scorpionfish. His tongue was like chocolate chip ice cream. All fish are cute 🐟. It was hot today, but it will be really hard to wear a mask and ventilate the train when it becomes midsummer. I was really planning to go GW fishing...

Sushi Kin Great sushi! Two of my favorite hairy crab gunkan 😍. Most tiger prawns are farm-raised, but Sushikane uses natural tiger prawns. Freshly boiled tiger prawns are also exceptionally delicious ✨. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Sushikin. I love everything about Sushikin, from the careful Edo-mae style work, to the excellent procurement, to the at-home atmosphere of the father, mother, and young chef. This is my favorite restaurant. It will be a GW season of patience and perseverance for everyone, but let's get through it! I am preparing to move and studying to become a wine expert. This is the time to update myself. Under the mask, I'm secretly treating blemishes 😷. Remote treatment is increasing at my workplace. Pills, AGA, prescriptions for acne, topical treatments for spots pores, etc....................... Please DM me if there is anything I can help you with 👩‍⚕️ My full time office is located at →() My dermatology account ->()

Sushi Kin ✳︎ hairy crab ✳︎ Raw oysters ✳︎ Live tiger prawns, button prawns ✳︎Octopus ✳︎Kohada roll ✳︎Grilled sweet sea bream ✳︎Shako claws Sushi Kin-san the other day. It is full of rich crabmeat. The meat is sweet, moist and fluffy. A lot of crabmeat! Sushi Kin's freshly peeled crab is the best ✨. I requested this 🦀 when my crab-loving mom came from Gunma when Corona wasn't even a word yet. I miss her because I can't go back home for a while, but she sends me bamboo shoots from her parents' house and I send her some gourmet food from here. It is a rest period for humans for a while. I guess that means nature is in a recovery period. Now, let's go home and eat!

Sushi Kin, Sushi Kin, Sushi Kin, Sushi Kin, Sushi Kin Yesterday's extra-large button prawn 💕Puri-puri flesh to bite into and the head to grill with salt. I was so happy that I cried. Sushikin has been closed since April, but reopened yesterday with fewer seats. I couldn't make it in time for business hours after work, so I asked for take-out. Aaah! I really want to drink out slowly! LOL! Anyway, let's do our best to prevent infection as much as possible 😷 I'll cook for myself when I can and then spend the rest of the day looking forward to take-out from various restaurants. To be continued

Sushi Kin Shellfish Special ✳︎Shellfish, abalone ✳︎Red clam, liver ✳︎Moon shells ✳︎Heart clam ✳︎ raw oysters ✳︎Hiragai isobeyaki Five bridges nigori I love shellfish (n´vn)! Aroma, minerality, and texture every shellfish has its own goodness. The Miru clam has a crispy crunch and sweetness, the abalone has an aroma of the sea and a crunchy texture, and the akagai has an aroma of the sea and a fresh texture. I had never tasted moon snails and fire conch before, but both the scallop and the string had a more robust flavor and texture than scallops. I also love the raw oysters with their unmistakable, yet deeply sweet flavor, and the flat clams, which are a hands-on favorite. I think freshly peeled Japanese red clams are the best. ☺️ Sushikin is always happy to stock ingredients that I have never had before. I dream of the time when they reopen, but for now, it's time to be patient. We all have to be patient.

Sushi Kin ✳︎ Snow crab ✳︎ Gazami ✳︎Hair crab Sushi Kin ✳︎Snapper ✳︎Niki-Hama ✳︎Turban shell ✳︎Herring ✳︎Shako Yamamoto Uki Uki Abe Kan My favorite crab came a lot 💕. Sweet, moist and fluffy~. I love winter, but I also like spring foods🌸This time of year is also said to be the best for turban shells before they spawn. And the herring that Sushikin's father cooked for his mother was too delicious. I can feel the love from the treatment of the small bones. So nice. I was happy to have sake too 🍶. It's spring in the natural world, but it's a hard spring for us humans. Even though our activities are restricted, I want to find something to look forward to in my life so that I don't feel too depressed. Maybe I should start a stock business. Three kinds of crabs(called kegani, gazami, zuwaigani). ummmm.... .yummy🦀.

Sushi Kin ✳︎ Kabako crab ✳︎ Raw oysters ✳︎ Leatherfish ✳︎Kuromutsus konbujime ✳︎ raw scallops Yuho Kabako Crab is full of both the outer and inner eggs and is a great snack 🦀, but I can only eat it for one more month. I always look forward to the various fish and crustaceans available, depending on what is in stock at the time. The more I go here, the more I become a sushi lover ♡. And when I see the fathers and mothers of Sushikin, it makes me think that I should work hard and not dwell on such things. I am always energized by the people at the restaurants, and I thank them not only for the delicious food, but also for their hospitality. I am parched with a throat cold, but I want to finish Saturday's outpatient clinic and disinfect myself with alcohol as soon as possible 😷.

Sushi Kin ✳︎Kabako crab ✳︎Sumika, Sayori ✳︎Bonito (back, belly) ✳︎Kohada-maki ✳︎Shiokara ✳︎Same saba (mackerel) ✳︎Hiragai Isobeyaki It is the end of the year, which means the last time to eat Kabako crab 🦀 The small shell is like a treasure box filled with meat, including inner and outer eggs and miso (soybean paste). Thank you for another year's feast. The sashimi of squid and sayori was made by Kim-san, the father of Sushi Kin. Very beautiful. And the ingredients are clearly defined, aromatic, and delicious. Sushi Kin will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year. I love everyone at Sushikin, father, mother, and young master. Thank you so much for all your help this year😊I plan to take my crab-loving mother there after the new year.

Sushi Kin, Mitaka ✳︎Natural tiger prawn ✳︎ Striped horse mackerel, Hokkai striped shrimp ✳︎Sweet sea bream Dosara Dewazakura Sushi Kin-san for the first time in 2020 😊. I've been itching to eat sushi since I'm unavoidably banned from sushi during the year-end and New Year's holidays. Most tiger prawns are farmed, but Sushikin's tiger prawns are natural 🦐 The proprietress behind the counter was surprised at the 100g extra large tiger prawn 🦐 It was so plump and the prawn miso was delicious. We were happy to have some sake as well.
