Himeji oden can be enjoyed with ginger soy sauce, and the pleasant aroma from the first bite makes you happy. The beef tendon, thick fried tofu, and konjac are well infused with flavor, providing satisfaction. The rolled sushi contains anago (conger eel) and has a fragrant nori (seaweed), making it enjoyable to eat together with inari sushi. The egg in the katsudon is fluffy, and the pork is juicy, with the aroma of the broth gently spreading. Adding a little shichimi (seven spice) tightens the flavor, making it easy to adjust to your liking. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a calming atmosphere, with many locals, making it a comfortable place to be.
