I made a reservation and visited on Sunday afternoon. The interior has a calm atmosphere that is quintessentially a sushi restaurant. The chef prepares sushi for you over the counter. There are about seven seats. It was already fully booked, and even after we arrived, we received a phone call to check if there were any openings. In addition to the premium sushi, we also had grilled scallops and grilled shishamo. Of course, it was delicious, but the beauty and freshness of the sushi were outstanding. I can't eat during lunch, but I definitely want to come back at night to try the fried dishes.

There was also fluffy mackerel in miso, with a sweet and savory miso that clung perfectly, leaving a deep impression. The Maritime Self-Defense Force curry, which appears only once a month, has a rich depth with vegetables and pork that is addictive. Conversations with the friendly staff are enjoyable, making it a place where you can recharge your energy from the morning.
