Our signature dish, 'Grilled Eel Rice Box', is the number one favorite among men. It features one whole eel, pickles, and a clear soup (liver soup). The eel is expertly grilled to perfection by our craftsmen. The meat is tender, and the fat and sauce blend beautifully. You can also enjoy it with a sprinkle of sansho pepper for added flavor.
