I visited for lunch. The menu had changed, but everything was delicious on the one plate, and the salmon was tender and had a good portion. The cheese risotto was also tasty.
Whenever I want to eat soba, I want to visit Hibiki!
This time, too, I visited Hibiki with my friend and ordered Soba Yuzen Hibiki!
We had a variety of dishes and they were all delicious!
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and relaxing!
I would like to visit again!
The service was very attentive, the atmosphere was great, and the food was excellent to say the least. And yet reasonably priced.
All in all, excellent.

Kibenan is located in Takasaki and offers a serene adult space with only counter seating, serving carefully crafted yakitori made from locally sourced ingredients. Using both Laos and Tosa Binchotan charcoal, the chef's exquisite grilling technique results in yakitori that is juicy and rich in flavor. Alongside high-quality yakitori, a wide selection of carefully chosen sake and wine is available, allowing you to enjoy new flavors with each visit.
The interior has a wood grain design that creates a calm atmosphere, and I felt relieved the moment I walked in. The system that allows for easy ordering via smartphone is convenient, but it's reassuring that the staff responds with a smile even when approached directly. The first dish that came out was a small appetizer with a twist on vegetables, and the fragrant olive oil and bonito flakes were exquisite. The fluffy tofu and the chunky potato salad had a gentle flavor that pairs well with drinks. The fried chicken was so juicy that it didn't seem like it was made from chicken breast, and when paired with pepper salt or spicy ponzu, I couldn't put my chopsticks down. Even the complimentary baguette and pâté were highly satisfying, making for an enjoyable experience until the very end.
The atmosphere of the restaurant and the food were very good, and I enjoyed it deliciously.
However, one point was that since I was close to the kitchen, the sound of the juicer was very loud, and I couldn't hear the conversation.
Aside from that, both the exterior and the interior, as well as the staff and the food, were very good. Next time, I would like to have a meal in a quiet spot near the entrance. Thank you for the meal.

The farm directly manages the restaurant, and the vegetables are fresh and impressive. The salad that comes out first is colorful, and the homemade tomato dressing pairs well with it. The fresh pasta is chewy, and the combination with vegetables and shrimp is delicious. The rice-based main dishes also show care in their preparation, and they are satisfying to eat. With the staff's kind service and the comfortable atmosphere, you can relax and enjoy your time. The smooth pudding and rich coffee for dessert were also delicious, making for a happy time.
The genre is curry.
It is located in a quite hidden place in a residential area, and the owner started the restaurant after leaving his job as a salaried worker. I personally like the vegetable curry and grilled curry, and it is one of the places I would like to visit if the Corona Disaster is opened.

There were many types of menus, and we enjoyed our meal as a family. For those who focus on food, they could order meat, rice dishes, and noodles according to their preferences, and for those who drink alcohol, there were plenty of snacks, so everyone enjoyed the meal together. I used a reservation app, and it was convenient, so I recommend making a reservation for visits on busy weekends.
The food and atmosphere were good, but there happened to be customers in a izakaya style who were talking loudly, which made it difficult for us as a couple to relax. It's a shame. I intend to visit again, but I can only hope that the circumstances will be better next time.
