I was excited by the fish dish that combined the aroma of charcoal and Western techniques. The smooth oboro tofu that came out first, paired with the sharpness of ginger, instantly whetted my appetite. The following fried white fish and the moistly finished chicken liver also had a gentle flavor that made the drinks flow. The amakarai I had at the counter was served not only with the flesh but also with the liver and the fin, allowing for a refreshing taste with salt and sudachi. Furthermore, the lightly grilled yokowara infused with the scent of cherry blossoms changed its flavor with mustard and wasabi, resulting in a deliciousness that made me exclaim. Each dish brought surprises, and it was a wonderful restaurant where I couldn't stop smiling and eating until the end.
