The food was very good, with all the local ingredients used but with a surprise. Croissant of conger eel from Akashi, flan taken from Hansuke, blancmange of lobster and other crustaceans, octopus sausage from Akashi with oyster arrabbiata sauce, uncreated leatherfish from Akashi, Poiret of Wagyu beef loin from Nagasaki, avant-dessert, white chocolate coating with The berry and chocolate mousse with white chocolate coating and berry sauce, each dish was wonderful.
