First of all, I had high expectations for the very nice atmosphere of the restaurant. We ordered a course, and the appetizers were delicious, especially the prosciutto ham.
The filet steak was tender and perfect with white rice. Even the dessert platter was just the right amount and very satisfying.

This shop is conveniently located near the interchange of the Chugoku Expressway, making it perfect for a stop during touring or driving. Once seated, not only do they have a rotating lane, but they also prepare your order immediately, allowing you to truly appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. The fragrant grilled anago (sea eel) and glossy raw shrimp were delightful, and the 'Shiso Shushi Maki,' which wraps milfeuille cutlet of Shiso beef, was crispy and impressive. As a fan of fried foods, I couldn't miss the tonkatsu set meal, which paired tender loin with a special sauce that made the rice go down easily. The small dishes like potato salad and pickles were also carefully prepared, and before I knew it, I was full. Thanks to the staff who greeted us with smiles, the warm atmosphere allowed me to relax comfortably among the regulars.
