I wanted to visit this restaurant once. The meat was so fresh that I could tell at first glance. The beef tongue was carefully sliced and I was impressed by the care with which they work. The taste was just as good. I was also satisfied with the chicken sashimi.

Also, I thought it might be smoother if customers were allowed to clear their own plates and such. When staff come around with a cart to clear things, it makes it hard to go get more food.
I arrived a little early and asked if I could wait inside, but they told me it was still after hours and I had to wait outside, which was cold! I guess you can't get in until the restaurant opens!

The crispy chicken nanban and chicken katsu are juicy, and they pair perfectly with the plate full of vegetables. The red-fleshed daikon in the salad has a delightful crunch, and the simmered dishes, infused with flavor, are comforting and delicious. Additionally, the elegant dashi from the soba and miso soup rounds off the meal beautifully. After the meal, I was able to slowly savor self-serve coffee, basking in fullness and happiness.
