Our proud sashimi! The breast meat is not dry and has a moist flavor. The thigh meat is juicy, not greasy, and has a pleasantly easy-to-eat texture. Please enjoy it with the sweet soy sauce unique to Kyushu!

Black beef shabu shabu allows you to enjoy the original flavor and marbling of the meat. Please enjoy it refreshingly with homemade ponzu sauce.

Thinly sliced black pork can be quickly blanched in hot water, allowing you to fully enjoy the sweetness of the fat and the umami of the lean meat. It pairs exceptionally well with vegetables.
This is a homemade motsunabe made with high-quality offal.
This is an original kimchi hot pot made with fresh tomatoes. The risotto made with the broth from the melted fat of black pork is exquisite.
