The retro building that suddenly appears in the mountains is exciting. Inside, the dim lights and candles create an atmosphere like a fairy tale, making it very calming. There are various cat-themed goods and colorful jars lined up, and just looking at them is enjoyable. The freshly baked muffins are so fluffy that you wouldn't believe they are made only with rice flour and okara, and each one is richly fragrant, whether it's blueberry or black sesame banana. The cold brew coffee has a mild bitterness that pairs perfectly with the muffins. The real cats relaxing in front of the shop and the lynx-themed goods that come out of the gacha inside made the trip even more memorable.

At the food court adjacent to the port, I was able to fully enjoy the deliciousness of bonito. I could add as much bonito flakes as I wanted, and the fragrant aroma that wafted up was exciting. The bonito broth was also self-serve, and the gentle umami spread pleasantly, making it the best. The bonito tataki had a firm texture, with no unpleasant smell, making it very easy to eat. The hearty bowl was topped with green onions, eggs, mekabu seaweed, wasabi, and ume plum, and I could pour the broth over it and enjoy it lightly. After the meal, I could freely refill my drinks, and I enjoyed coffee as well, which allowed me to relax.

As I entered the store, the aroma of freshly shaved ingredients filled the air, making me excited. They were shaving bonito right in front of me, and the soft shavings were perfect for my home-cooked side dishes. In the frozen section, there were items like tataki, processed chicken products, and squid, all looking delicious. The bonito tataki had a variety of flavors, including citrus and garlic, making the selection process enjoyable. The bonito miso was slowly simmered with barley miso, and it was satisfying whether served over rice or made into a tea with hot water. The items I purchased were carefully wrapped, and even when I ate them at home, the aroma and umami were strong, leaving me impressed.
