I visited to taste the best sweets. The interior of the store is bright and looks like a jewelry store. The workshop where cakes are made can be seen from a distance.
There is no eat-in corner, but there are benches nearby, so I was happy to be able to eat right away!
The cakes we ate were
Fromage Clos.
Rare cheese cake blended with Danish and French cream cheese.
The overwhelming richness of the cream matches well with the cookie portion underneath. It is no wonder that the chef defines it as a specialty.
Sao Tobolge.
The red part around the cake is quite sweet and sour.
The inside is filled with rich chocolate,
The taste is not too strong. Rich. Mild.
The pistachio ganache is soft and rich.
It looks stylish and has a nice shape.
Cream puffs
The cream with plenty of egg yolk goes well with the fresh cream.
The cookies are just the right amount of hardness and the crunchy texture is irresistible.
I have eaten many kinds of sweets, so I thought my taste buds are well trained, but this is amazing.
