【Attention!】We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be careful as it is shockingly delicious. This is the Taiwanese mixed noodles that is said to be the best in Japan and has a reputation for being the best. Many people are becoming addicted to Abisuke Taiwanese mixed noodles.
Warning! If you prefer light flavors, please refrain. This dish features a thick and rich soup that has been simmered for a long time, coating the thick noodles. It is rich and gooey. This is the signature dish of Abisuke, boasting the highest sales since its establishment in 2005.
Abisuke has created a seriously hearty ramen. It features an outstanding richness and sharpness of pork. Using high-quality soy sauce and fat, the umami of pork, chicken, and vegetables is brought out firmly. The soup is made carefully.
This is our original menu, Yaki Abura Soba, which is eaten while being cooked. (Each seat is equipped with an IH heater.) It remains hot until the end, and heating it enhances the richness and umami, making the flavor and taste stronger. (When sugar and amino acids combine, a substance called 'melanoidin' is produced. This is called the 'Maillard reaction.')
Dipping noodles with a base of rich pork and seafood broth. The soup is thick but not overly heavy, with a smooth texture. A classic and popular choice from Abisuke Tsukemen.
Intensely tomato-flavored. The refreshing acidity of the tomato becomes addictive.
Creamy and rich curry seafood soup. It tastes delicious when you dip the noodles in the broth and eat them with rice.
For some reason, a very popular menu. It is also said to be the best in Tan Tan Tsukemen.
A boldly spicy and stimulating menu. Recommended for those who love spicy food.
