We went on a family trip with eight people, but my wife and I made a separate reservation and it was the best. We visited various Kentos across the country, but it's disappointing that many have closed down. There used to be one in Hamamatsu where we live, right?

In a small counter-centered shop, you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The sea urchin served in its shell can be enjoyed with salt or soy sauce, enhancing its umami flavor. The pasta with sea urchin sauce is rich and its aroma brings happiness. The butter sautéed spinach is also flavorful and pairs well with drinks. The draft sake is refreshing and goes well with the taste of the sea. The service is pleasant, and since there aren't many seats, it's reassuring to reserve a seat in advance.

In a residential area, there is a lovely house with white walls and a light blue door. Inside, it has only a counter, creating a calm and stylish space. It's exciting to see the use of a wood-fired oven and steam oven in the kitchen right in front of you. The course that highlighted various Japanese ingredients through different cooking methods was very impressive. The peanut panna cotta, prosciutto with gnocchi fritto, salmon mi-cuit, mussels, and homemade focaccia were all delightful in aroma and texture. The conversations with the staff and the welcome herbal tea were also pleasant, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable experience throughout.

I look forward to the menu that is sent via LINE at the beginning of every week. Especially the Gorgonzola pasta! It's an exquisite dish with thick-cut bacon and onions. I have been looking forward to today since the menu for this week arrived. It's really delicious, so if it's on the menu, I definitely recommend trying it, and I also recommend registering for LINE.
