There were parts of the explanation about the dishes that were difficult to hear. Also, during the observation, it felt like we were peeking in from a distance, and I noticed that the server seemed tired.
The restaurant is clean, and the staff is cheerful, making it a pleasant experience from the start. There is a wide variety of dishes, including sashimi, grilled chicken, salads, and side dishes, which makes sharing with everyone fun. The offal hot pot, in particular, is rich in flavor, and I was so engrossed that I kept eating until the last ramen. The menu featuring flavorful sesame oil and garlic-infused green onions is also addictive. The karaoke rooms and smoking areas are properly separated, so families can use the space comfortably. The wait time is short, and the dishes arrive at a good pace, leaving both my stomach and heart very satisfied.
The dashi oozed out deliciously, and the plump eggs were truly tasty, making me feel like I was having a breakfast at a ryokan! It was really delicious! The white dashi omelet was surprisingly white... My grandparents, whom I brought along, were also amazed! They were very satisfied, and I'm glad I took them with me!

When dining in the restaurant, a reservation is required, and you can fully appreciate the unique qualities of a butcher shop.

I also bought the dressing for carpaccio because it was so good.
However, it would have been better if there was a more relaxing atmosphere!
