We enjoyed the delicious food, which is a fusion of Italian cuisine with a focus on charcoal-grilled dishes such as yakitori. The master was trained in Yakitori and Italian cuisine, and opened the restaurant because he believes that charcoal grilling brings out the true flavor of the ingredients. All of the dishes were delicious, especially the oyadori, which I personally found to be excellent. It was firm and juicy, and the more you chewed it, the more flavorful it became. There is a wide variety of yakitori, and I wanted to try all of them. I would definitely stop by again when I come to Yamashina Station.
In a calm space, you can spend your time leisurely. The appetizer corner is filled with refreshing salads of shrimp and octopus, smoked salmon, and carpaccio, all of which are delicious. For the main course, I had the Omi beef roast beef bowl, which was moist and tender, leaving me satisfied. The Omi beef curry and the flavorful soup also left a lasting impression. The coffee machine allows for a preferred extraction, and there is a selection of herbal teas that pair well with the dishes. For dessert, I particularly love the pudding, which keeps me feeling happy until the very end.
