Durante il viaggio a Toba, ho visitato il ristorante con la mia famiglia per cena. Il locale era quasi pieno e ho pensato che fosse stata una buona idea prenotare. Siamo arrivati senza problemi grazie al navigatore. Abbiamo ordinato il piatto consigliato, il piatto di sashimi, un piatto per bambini e una bistecca di manzo wagyu. Tutti i sashimi erano deliziosi, in particolare il sashimi di capesante che è piaciuto molto a mio figlio, che era felice e lo trovava buono. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e tutto era davvero delizioso. I gamberetti fritti per bambini erano stati tagliati in modo da essere facili da mangiare, il che è stato molto apprezzato. Anche la bistecca di manzo wagyu era tenera e si poteva mangiare in modo fresco avvolgendola in daikon grattugiato e cipollotto.
