Era un ristorante in un nuovo posto a Mie, e fin dall'inizio mi sono sentito a mio agio. Il personale era gentile e ho potuto godermi il pasto senza tensione. Anche i piatti e i tovaglioli erano realizzati con prodotti locali, trasmettendo l'amore per Mie. Sono stati serviti pesci freschi di stagione, grandi aragoste di Ise e tonno del mare di Kumano, tutti di freschezza eccezionale. La combinazione di kamaboko con vino e salsa di squalo con peperoncino verde era interessante, e i nigiri con calamaro Aori, sushi di uova di pesce e ayu erano impressionanti. Anche la zuppa di miso con alga Aosa e il dessert di tè Hojicha erano curati, rendendo il tempo trascorso lì felice fino alla fine.
