The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, and you can feel the energy as soon as you enter. There are large pieces of meat displayed in glass cases, and it's enjoyable to watch them being carefully cut right there. The beef tendon stew that comes out first is very delicious, and everyone can't stop eating. The marbled meat, rare cuts, and thick slices of tongue are all tender and melt in your mouth. The loin is thick like a steak, and each time it's grilled, it brings happiness. There are private rooms where families can relax, and the staff is kind, making for a very satisfying experience.

This is my first time to visit.
There are so many different kinds of sushi on the menu that it is hard to choose.
The sushi was made right in front of me, and I was surprised that the sashimi section was so popular that it was gone in seconds.
All the sushi was delicious, but I especially liked the Araoni and Tamagoyaki.
I would like to go back on a different day and try something else on the menu.

The seafood-centered dishes are all wonderful, and I can't forget the sashimi of spiny lobster and the flavorful soup. They also have local sake from Nagasaki, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the region. In the morning, you can enjoy a refreshing meal at an outdoor table, with two types of bread served in abundance. I was very satisfied with the soup made from the head of the spiny lobster from the previous night, grilled fish, omelets, and even fruit. The guest room is a comfortable maisonette with a pleasant wooden scent, complete with a jacuzzi and a hammock for relaxation. I was able to unwind in a bath surrounded by the forest, feeling a gentle warmth, making for a happy stay.

The sea stretches out beyond the window, and dining in the bright interior is very pleasant. You can tell that the food is carefully fried after ordering, with a crispy coating that allows you to fully appreciate the meat's flavor. The sauce has a deep taste, and even when enjoyed with salt, it offers a different charm. There is plenty of shredded cabbage, and the meal comes with miso soup, small side dishes, and dessert, providing a sense of satisfaction. It's also nice that you can get refills of rice and cabbage. The cute dishes and miscellaneous goods are also on display, making it enjoyable to look at them, which naturally brings a smile to your face.
