In private rooms, you can place orders through a receiver and enjoy your meal while looking at the screen. The menu features many creative dishes, showcasing both visual appeal and the sense of the tableware. The plump salmon, fragrant myoga, thick slices of tongue, juicy skewers, and crispy pizza were all satisfying. There are also seasonal dishes and a rice porridge to finish off the hot pot, and combined with attentive service, it was very pleasant.
The moment I entered, I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. There are many private rooms, allowing me to spend time leisurely without worrying about my surroundings. The appetizers consisted of three dishes, each with a careful flavor. The assortment of Kyushu snacks was rich in variety, allowing me to enjoy horse sashimi, vinegared offal, and spicy lotus root. The motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) was full of ingredients and the broth was rich, with options for miso, soy sauce, or spicy miso. I could have the broth topped up and also ordered ramen for the finale, and the staff's service was pleasant, making me very satisfied.

The private room is quiet and calm, allowing for a leisurely time for two. The seared wagyu sushi paired with wasabi and salted kelp was very fragrant. The salmon meunière had a crispy skin and paired perfectly with the accompanying mushrooms and vegetables. The sea urchin cream omelet, foie gras, and butter scallops were all delicious. The service, presentation, and cleanliness of the restaurant were all impeccable, making it feel perfect for a special occasion.

At Ren Kumagaya Station Front, you can enjoy exquisite dishes that incorporate creative twists on traditional Kyushu cuisine. The restaurant features comfortable horigotatsu (sunken seating) and table seating, and its location just 30 seconds from the station is an added bonus.
This is my first time at Capricciosa in Kumagaya, and it's been a while since I've had Capricciosa itself, but it really is the best! I thought the restaurant was very clean and had the look and taste that girls love! I want to go back!
