As the name implies, the noodles are grilled hard and without seasoning, and you season them yourself with pepper and sauce! There are three sizes: medium, large, and extra-large, and this is the extra-large! (Cheap!). You can also order soup for 100 yen and eat it like dipping noodles! Local gourmet food is good!
